book depository book never arrived

I ordered three books from book depository - 2 arrived, one did not. The first order never arrived so they were resent approximately around 8 March. books never arrived - no answer from bd : (. I tried to email company.. big cheater company will tell you that book has dispatch and ask you make sure your address, check it at your local post office without tracking number from cheater company.. I explained my situation and they gave a quick response. after 2 weeks i emailed them, they said it should have arrived but as it hadn't they sent me a replacement free of charge. I ordered X 3 university books on the 20/02. It is currently January 12, 2011 and the book has yet to arrive. Keep up the excellent service. When I lived in Mexico, no parcel sent to me by anyone would ever arrive, unless it was a book in English, which was something that had zero local resale value. I contacted Book Depository and was told they would immediately send a replacement.
